Well, we are already halfway through January you guys. It’s officially been exactly two weeks of 2021.
So far, I have purchased my camera that I have been eyeing for a few months. One major step in the investing of my passion for photography. If only I would have had it for our road trip, but hopefully there will be a road trip or two this year.
After binge-watching the Bridgerton series on Netflix right after Christmas Day, I purchased the book and had that read within two days time. It reminds me just how much I love historical romance and my love to write one some day, or to write a book in general.
I officially started back at the gym this week as well. It was certainly a nice rest from it; besides working out on January 1st, I hadn’t been since December 17th while Austin’s family was in town visiting. But now it’s great to be back, although I’m not 100% back into my rhythm just yet!
January is such a funky month. The holidays just ended. Nothing super exciting happens in January besides it thankfully being cold. September through April might be my favorite time of the year, but January almost doesn’t make the cut. I’m not ready for the cooler weather to end but I am ready for February and Valentines Day, spring right around the corner and then birthday month.
Currently continuing to take it day by day, which my new planner makes super easy, but you’ll hear more about that in my monthly favorites! For now, have a great rest of the month!
