Already two weeks post-NYC marathon! WHAT!?
I started back running this past Tuesday, just some seriously low mileage to get some runs in, but also because I wasn’t motivated to go much farther. If you have ever trained for a marathon or a half, you know that lost feeling after race day. What days do I run now? How many miles do I run? This is currently my situation…
On the other-hand, I DO have a half marathon coming up in thirteen days and another one in the middle of January to prepare for, so that’s something to start with.
Below are this weeks runs, as per usual. Today’s was phenomenal being that it was 37 degrees outside! And still shorts weather.
