First run of October officially in the books. I ran my last run of September on Tuesday, which put me at a total of 58 miles for the whole month. That’s the most I have ran in a month, ever, and it’s only going to go up from here what with getting farther into marathon training.

Tonight’s run was so great, that I almost didn’t want to stop. Almost. I did my four designated miles, and headed inside to chow down on one of my favorite post-run snacks: a homemade parfait! I have been making them so often lately and it’s the most yummy concoction ever–and still healthy for you!
