I LOVE the results I have started seeing ever since I choose to live a healthy, fit lifestyle. But the best results I have seen so far have come from my goal of keeping consistent with my workouts and eating, a goal I began in January. Never before have I ever been this consistent. I haven’t missed a single workout since I began, and I have to say I’m a little proud of myself for that.
I have been into fitness for a few years now, but this year it has really changed me. All thanks to being more consistent! I love the way I feel, and the feeling of accomplishment this journey brings me, and the way I look! Loving the way you look is a huge issue to me. You need to love yourself first. So my results have definitely boosted my confidence level tremendously. The best way to see results is to be consistent after all.
I also love how everywhere you look nowadays, health and fitness is being promoted. As it should be. It really can improve your quality of life, I promise you. There are so many benefits from being healthy and fit. This is one of the reasons I love blogging about it, to improve awareness and hopefully inspire others to lead an active lifestyle and see their world completely change.
